This is a freely available XMPP (Jabber) server. It runs ejabberd on Debian Squeeze.

The server is located in a data centre run by EUserv in Jena, Germany.

Everyone is free to create and use accounts on this server. There is no guarantee that the server will be up and running at any time, but the administrator is trying his best. :-)

Currently available functionality:

• In-band registration of new accounts using the XMPP client of your choice (XEP-0077).
• Service discovery (XEP-0030).
• vCards (XEP-0054).
• Jabber MUCs at conference.jabber.rueckgr.at (XEP-0045).
• Various transports (IRC, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, Facebook, Twitter, QQ, XMPP etc.)
• Simple statistics page.
• XMPP over BOSH (XEP-0206)
• Jabber HTTP Polling (XEP-0025)
• Web-based account registration
